"Séjour décevant .Accueil lent et peu convivial, personnel pas disponible, dilettante . Difficile d'obtenir un renseignement car jamais personne à la réception. Lorsque j'ai téléphoné à l'hôtel au mois de juin pour réserver une chambre au mois d'aout, je n'ai pas réussi à le joindre,personne ne répond ..."

"3 nights in Annecy - nice modern hotel and well located for train station and centre - would have rated higher but 1) breakfast lacked fresh fruit options and 2) wi fi is a nightmare - if you cannot get it working then tells you to ring USA = overall a good place to stay"
