「Séjour décevant .Accueil lent et peu convivial, personnel pas disponible, dilettante . Difficile d'obtenir un renseignement car jamais personne à la réception. Lorsque j'ai téléphoné à l'hôtel au mois de juin pour réserver une chambre au mois d'aout, je n'ai pas réussi à le joindre,personne ne répond au téléphone, c'est pourquoi j'ai réservé via le site Hôtels . 「We LOVED our stay at Chalet Christine. The hotel has a perfect unimpeded view of the lake and mountains, creating a zen relaxing experience, and the pool and jacuzzi add to the relaxing vibe. Breakfast was perfect, the room was gorgeous and comfortable. Elodie at the check-in desk was incredibly kind and friendly, she gave us great advice on what to do around the lake and helped us get reservations at an amazing restaurant.
