I had a short stay here but really enjoyed myself. The food was good, the 4 hour happy hour was awesome and the drinks delicious. I had a great experience at the spa and overall would recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice reasonable place to stay.

Value for money right on the beach

Nice hotel with a good location on the beach. It is not a luxury hotel, but the price taken into consideration it is a good value for money. Nice and friendly staff. Not over crowded - plenty of space around the pool.

It was average at best....nothing special. Although the pool was very clean. We had trouble with our toilet and bathroom sink...took half a day to sort out. Food was very average and very expensive. Enjoyed Candidasa but will stay at another resort next time.

We absolutely love the quiet serene location of this resort. The staff is amazing and are there to ensure you are taken care of. The resort is beautiful and they are continuously working to update some of the older spaces post pandemic. The entertainment and local events are great! A must if you want to hear the crashing of the waves and see beautiful sunsets without the hustle and bustle of a “party” crowd. Will return as much as we can!

This resort is a hidden gem. Located in Maggis , Candidasa. Quiet location with the ocean as the background. Staff made sure I was comfortable and accommodating. I enjoyed the amenities. There is a Spa on site. ATM machine located on property made cash available convenient. DeBas and everyone from housecleaning to the bar made my first time in Bali memorable! I def rec this location if you want to be away from the crowds and traffic. I can’t wait to bring back my family here!

This is a very old building that has not been maintained… There’s mold throughout the interior of my room, as well as the paint job on the stairways and the walkways are cracked… They need some serious repair work done… The setting was nice, … the Spa employees were very nice and very proficient …the Setting was very good….

冷氣不足、毛巾欠缺、wifi 慢和跟進慢。

本人入住於2-5/4/2015，這次是我們一家五口第一次的旅遊。酒店整體是舒適和清潔的，唯一的問題是冷氣，我們租的是家庭式兩房套房，屋中三部冷氣只有一部是性能良好，其餘兩部是不夠凍。經過投訴後，可能清洗過隔塵網，有少許改善，怛仍然不足。Wifi上網一般，有好多時會繼線。由於是家庭式套房厠所是互通，但是其中一厠所門關了後無法打開，投訴後，要到第三天才能修理好。借用風筒，要通知三次，等了個半小時才有得用。毛巾嚴重欠缺，無論房間裏面和泳池，嚴重不足。房間裏面五個人只有三條毛巾。泳池要兩人用一條。

比较普通的度假村

酒店位置远离城市中心，开车需要一个半小时，雇小面包车往返市区需35美金，距最近的镇中心雇车往返也需15美金。酒店周边十分原始，没有什么地方可以散步和观景，只能呆在酒店内。酒店设施基本及格，但毫无奢华、品味之感。适合退休后老两口郊野型度假村式旅游。如果想要有旅游宣传中的巴厘岛体验，还是选择库塔周边的酒店吧。度假村员工非常热情友善，管理也基本到位，一切都是及格水准，说不上好，但也挑不出太多毛病，就一个词：普通。人在里面就好似被软禁了，如果不雇车出去的话。最为严重的问题是房间内无线wifi非常糟糕，时断时续且经常没有，跟管理人员说过很多次，他们总说是修好了，只有大堂的wifi可以用，实在有事的客人都是抱着电脑跑到开敞式大堂（热得不得了）挥汗如雨地抓紧处理一下邮件，回到房间就没有网络了。员工虽然热情友善，但前台管理人员（可能是老板和老板娘）态度就一般了，大有爱住不住的意思。总之是个个体户度假村，大家可以这样想象一下，也就是国内大型城市郊区那种个体性质的但还是有些规模的度假村，硬件、软件水平你也就不会太奢望了。

Location was good, lots of dining and shopping near by. Place is a little shabby, but service was excellent. They came in everyday and cleaned our room and gave fresh towels. Also had a greqt breakfast option and live music almost every night. Worth the money, but if you want upscale this is not it. Also fantastic pool, with a great ocean breeze and lovely terrace to sit on. Worth the money😊👍

Good bar and lovely to hear the waves crashing. However the hotel would have been great in its hey-day but now does not meet the standards of its competition. The bath tub drained extremely slow. Perhaps the location is rural could be the reason for its dated facilities.
