「Spent two nights and had a great time staying here. The hosts Nikki and Alan are the best. Nothing and I mean nothing is too much trouble for them. From stepping through the door they made us feel welcome. Nikki upgraded our room and changed our tv as the one in the room needed re-tuning. The lawn of the Hotel brings rabbits and relaxing atmosphere to guests. Friendly staff and great self-served breakfast. A good balance of price and service. Will definitely visit again.」

「Absolutely stunning property, located in the heart of Pointiscale, Keswick. Easy to get around to points of interest by a local bus which is opposite the place and lots of places for local walks /hikes near derwentwater. Also close to Keswick centre (1.5 miles, or 25 mins walk). The hosts, Craig and Claire, were brilliant; friendly and charming.
