"The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, the room itself was not clean. The bedding appeared not to have been changed after the previous guests, as there were stains and hair on the sheets. The sheets were also wrinkled, messy, low-quality synthetic polyester, and covered in pilling. The bathroom was also disappointing. There were urine stains around the toilet, and the toilet itself did not appear to have been properly cleaned. Overall, I appreciated the staff, but the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable."
