My stay was good, the staff were very helpful in everything I needed and asked for. Even put extra effort in to advising me on where to go for good views etc. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking to stay in Mandalay

pretty basic hotel. cheapest double we found in the city. staff had poor English so communication was difficult but they were very pleasant. hotel is a tad old and need a a good clean. with some love and a lift could be a great place. Chinese across the road was good

Grande chambre. Comme peu de gens à l'hôtel, on a été sur classés. Literie parfaite. Fuite d'eau au lavabo mais sinon état général très satisfaisant. Juste qu'on était réveillé dès 5h par le trafic dans la rue et les prières

Perfect service, good location! Great time

Service was great, such sweet people who work at Venus hotel. We made a mistake with the booking and it was not a problem at all. Wifi is not super good but we never had good wifi in Myanmar. Location is good, close to railway station and shops and restaurants close. We really liked staying at the Venus hotel, thank you for everything!

マンダレーで泊まった安く快適な宿。 設備は古く、全体的にボロっちい印象だが、室内にシャワーとトイレが付いており便利。 電気ポットも置いてあり、無料のコーヒーサービスもあった。 清掃も毎日入るので清潔。 従業員にはマンダレー観光のアドバイスをしてもらい、バイクタクシーとの交渉も行ってくれた。 また、早朝空港へ行くためのタクシーも手配してもらった。

Sehr zentral und dafür überraschend ruhig.

Hervorragende Lage, vieles zu Fuß zu erledigen, Personal sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit. Für die Lage überraschend ruhig. Zimmer groß und gut ausgestettet. Nur einmal den Boden wischen, dann wäre es perfekt!

鉄道駅に近いMandalay市街のホテル

Mandalay Palaceの南西、市街地の映画館前にあるホテルでした。 ある程度古い建物だったためエレベーターはありませんでしたが、到着時にスタッフが荷物を3階(日本の4階)の部屋まで運んでくれました。フロントには複数名のスタッフが常時いて、質問には常に分かりやすい英語で応じてくれましたし、すぐに親切に手助けをしてくれる雰囲気があって、入口のドアを自分で開けた覚えがないくらいでした。 部屋は空調がよく効いていて、特に暑い季節でしたが快適に眠ることができました。シャワー・洗顔時のアメニティも備えられていました。WiFiは速度が鈍ることもありましたが、個人的には不便を感じませんでした。 徒歩圏内に飲食店やスーパーマーケットがあり、Railway StationやZeigyo Marketも数ブロックの距離でした。夜は人通りはあるものの静かで、不安を感じることはありませんでした。 Mandalay HillやPalace入口は、Palaceをはさんだ反対側に位置するため5～6kmの距離がありましたが、ホテルで借りた自転車で、車やバイクに交じってMandalayの道路を走る経験を楽しめました。 全体的に、満足のいく滞在でした。

The most friendly staff!!

I had a great stay in Venus hotel and it's a good base for searching Mandalay. The staff was the most friendly and most of them spoke english. Actually about the friendliness of the staff, here's what happend to me: From one of the street kitchens at the city I manage to get so bad food poisoning that I had to go to local hospital. Apparently, in Myanmar you have to pay in cash all the medical treatment in advance before they treat you and at the moment I wasn't carrying that much cash. So what happened was, they called the hotel and the manager came over and paid all my bills for the hospital and organized just about everything for me, food, translation help, all of it. I paid later all back of course. I really felt that they cared and I had really good experience with Venus Hotel. Thank you!

Hotellets personal var mycket trevliga och tillmötesgående. Läget gällade hur omgivningen ser ut kan hotellet inte rå för. Läget gällande att nå intressanta platser var bra. Mitt rum var litet, men bra för priset (lågbudgethotell). Badrummet förskräckligt. Fick inte fram något varmvatten, luktade skarpt otrevligt av "doftförbättrare", smutsigt och mycket slitet.

Nice hotel, excellent location

Spent a few nights there, staff was helpful and nice, traveled through Mandalay again a few days later and booked it for an additional night.

You got what you paid

It 's old, unclean and no elavator. When i got my room,I complained that my bathroom is dirty and has many black stains, so they change the new room for me, that only a bit better. And I think, only one staff nice and helpful.

Nice stay.

I only stayed one night as I was just passing through Mandalay. I really liked the location and facilities. The staff was really helpful to me. They don't have breakfast but are planning to add that. For the price I could forgive that.
