"Friendly staff"

"Hotel Duo Swan was absolutely perfect. It’s a great location. The hotel is nice, great rooms, at a way better price than Ibis or Apex. You get to choose your complimentary breakfast every morning. But the best part is the staff. They will help you with anything you need. They helped me top up my local SIM card. They allowed me to park a bike rental in their garage. They booked taxis to/from airport. I can’t say enough good things about them. And they spoke good English (3 of the managers). I’ll...

"The building is old. The shower was broken and the toilet seat is loose. The building is in desparate need of attention, but i guess with little to no tourists visitng the country, it makes it dificult to invest in repairs and updates. The staff are great. They are polite and courteous. There really is nothing around the area. You'll have to cab or use grab app to get anywhere. "Stay away from this place. By no means the photos depicted on the booking websites are from this place. Also, DON'T PAY in advance. When I arrived at the property, they told me that the are no longer on the booking websites and that I had to pay again and file a claim with Expedia. Trashy property. "

"Expedia canceled the booking of my original hotel. They asked me to choose between 3 options to replace it, which I did in a timely manner. Despite my request, Expedia did not send me the booking for this new hotel on time. It was send to me after few hours I checked in another hotel that I have to look for muself. I had to go around time to check the options that Expedia gave One of the options that Expedia gave to replace the original booking is even out of service."

"Sehr schönes Hotel, nahe einer interessanter Sehenswürdigkeiten und trotzdem ruhig. Sehr gutes Frühstück auf der Dachterasse. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir durften sogar die Fahrräder umsonst benutzen. "

" The staffs check us in was very helpful and she speaks very good English, and one of the male staff can speak Chinese. The breakfast is good and is included in the room price. There are shops near by. And go to places is also very convenient by taxi and the staffs will let you know the cost to your destinations. "
