"1. About 25 minutes at hotel conter, my name is not detected by counter incharge, even i showed your email booikng confirmation.. very gratefull after 25 mnt they found my name under expedia.. if not... my room is none no booking n i hv lot lot of trouble
2..The hotel said my booking is room only,, no breakfast.... even i showed booking confirnation... hotel showed me their received order is room only..
3.The hotel is strategic location for shopping, culiner and losari sight seeing, just walking...
