The room was clean but was noisy with people passing in corridor and doors banging as there was a gap under door, I think this is because of the laminate flooring in the room. Hotel charged my card with a “Service Charge” upon departure. Took £10 as a tip. I wasn’t warned or asked about this. They refunded when I asked, but why should I ask for my money back?
