"We booked a nightmare hotel before the Red Roof Inn+ and I should’ve just booked with them from the get go. The check in man was so friendly, nice, and helpful!! Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. This hotel was affordable and nice. This isn’t applicable to my family, but the hotel is very dog friendly which was great to see! I definitely recommend this location to anyone visiting the Boston area! It’s very close to the highway also. "

"This hotel was right next to the car rental return which was a huge convenience. It is also easy to hit the tram from the property to get to other areas around the city. The front desk seemed stressed and was overwhelmed in which they came off as very dismissive, but overall we will be back. "

"Great Location, price, comfort and front desk staff! The warm chocolate chip cookie at check in was a nice touch. Front desk offered a room upgrade at check-in for free. We were in town for a medical procedure at UMASS and so thankful to have this hotel stay. Would definitely stay again. "
