"Room a/c made so much noise we had to turn it all the way off. No washcloths in bathroom."

"Smelled like straight smoke, plastic wrap was covering the sprinklers and smoke alarms in the room from people smoking, we tried two different rooms (Junior Suites) and they were both disgusting. The tub jets and drains had hair and mold in them in both rooms, one of the comforters had wet spots on them and looked so gross. It just felt very nasty in the rooms. The counters in the bathrooms were all stained and just really gross feeling. We walked out after the second room and requested a refund. Front desk was very nice"

"We reported a noise disturbance at 1:00am to front desk several times and nothing was done. The staff asked us to investigate which room the screaming was coming from and didn't come to the floor to investigate at all. Staff did not clean the room, replace towels, or provide extra toilet tissue. Told us to come downstairs to get it from the desk instead of bringing it to the room. We made online complaint. Poor customer service."

"Love that shops was within walking distance but the road getting there needs to be repaired and they need better signage because we past the street three times before finding it at night. Also need some type of countertop in the bathroom. An spray for bugs I saw one and only one but that was enough. Then I above neighbors from hell who just kept jumping and running all day and night. I had to report to the staff more than one time."
