"Everyone at the hotel was nice however the room had concrete floors"

"Parking lot broken up with mud puddles, peeling paint, dirty gray towels with stains, stained shower curtain, cigarette burn holes in bed covers (no smoking room), no water to sink in first room. Lights unplugged and not working."

"Nice to stay right near visitor center for Mammoth Cave. Hotel part we stayed in was older but clean. They are renovating the area and adding more places to stay. Nice to have restaurant and café on site."

"Hot tub was closed. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. Rooms clean. "

"Bathroom door was broken, and would not stay open. Breakfast was weak with no Bacon. Gotta have that solid protein every day for the guests. Overall it was an okay experience. "

"Parking was easy, the phone in the room didn’t work at all and they didn’t have the extra towels in the room that I requested. I went up and asked for extra towels and a few extra pillows and he said “we will see, you already have 6 in the room”. The pillows were small and we have two toddlers so I thought that was an odd response. Over all a decent stay and easy access to everything around the area. Air conditioning was loud but worked really well. Probably would pick somewhere else next trip though. "

"The room was pretty clean, however it didn’t need some updates. The bed spread had holes and the bathroom wall had cracks. The staff were friendly though and we had no other complaints."
