"We stayed here one night whilst on our hiking trip. The location of the property is literally on the trail, so it allows you to split the hike trail intro two days. However, there are no shops nearby, only a petrol station which closes at 8PM. We booked a cosy room. The room itself was fine, clean, however we did notice quite a few spiders about in the room and bathroom. "We chose this hotel because we were travelling for a wedding. Although the hotel itself was great, a couple of things let it down. Before our stay, I called several times to ask about an early check-in and was told we would need to check on the day. When we arrived early, despite the hotel knowing our arrival time, we were told that no rooms were available for early check-in. While this wasn't the end of the world, when we asked if there was somewhere we could get changed before the wedding, we were directed to the disabled toilet. That wasn't an ideal experience when trying to get ready for such an important event. Once we eventually checked in, the air conditioning in our room wasn't very effective, so the room became extremely hot. We were also told that our stored luggage would be taken up to our room, but this never happened. Despite these issues, we had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were generally friendly. We would stay here again, but hope these areas can be improved."

"Lovely clean spacious room, staff were lovely. Plenty of room on carpark. Only downside is the breakfast was a bit pricey so we didn't choose to have breakfast there. Also room didn't get serviced in our three days stay. But would definatley stay there again."
