「Next to Pune Train Station, so a little chaos around. But the hotel itself is good, all staff are very helpful and speaks flunet English. They are willing to talk and share travelling information with guests. I like the welcome herbal tea they provided. Breakfast buffet is brilliant, every type of choice.」

「服务太差」

「It is located in the Infotech park and it just take less than 15 minutes to Phase 2 or Phase 3. Hotel staff are helpful and nice.」

「隔音不好，走廊上的聲音很明顯， 但其他部分不錯，整體而言還是推薦」

「CHARUDATTA ,front manager was practically very helpful gentleman.」

「The sink was dirty and towel very warn out. Staff did not respond promptly to housekeeping . On the plus side the breakfast was excellent and staff very welcoming. I wouldnt rate this a 5 star, based on cleanliness. Service could improve . Whatever staff we did meet did make us feel welcome.」

「Overall the staff are well trained and exceeded expectation, especially front desk and restaurant Mr. Chethan.」

「We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The location was convenient, and we really appreciated the attention to detail and hospitality. Everything made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, a great experience, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended」

「nice staff, location is good, recommend for short stay in Pune.」
