"Excellent service and location "

"The location is within a short walk to the Palace, shops, and a multitude of restaurants. Marco is more than accommodating in either picking up or taking you back to the airport. The room was lovely and the king size bed made for a wonderful sleep. There is a restaurants located a few steps from House Sandra and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. In We enjoyed our stay at House Sandra very much!"

"Good location in old town, walking distance to everything. Rooms a bit outdated. Hot water went out and hotel staff was unable to provide any info as to when it would be working again, cold showers were not fun. Aside from an apology nothing was done to rectify situation. Don’t waste your money, stay somewhere nicer."

"Very clean room, staffs were very friendly and helpful with luggages, breakfast buffet bar was to live for!! It’s in a quiet neighborhood with few steps to the only sand beach and about 15 minutes walk to old town. Very convenient. "

"Great location , everything you need to see or do in Split is right there or walkable. It is an older building which you expect but bed was good and AC was great and room was clean, so all is good. Staff was not very pleasant or helpful at all, actually kinda rude a few times, i have written several reviews and this is my 1st bad one , especially with staff so.....again location is good but i would probably look elsewhere if i return to Split. "

"We can’t say enough nice things about this hotel! The location was perfect, just outside the Palace & close to the harbor & Riva. The manager was super helpful & kind, full of local knowledge & recommendations that were spot on. Breakfast was yummy & made to order. Last but not least - the view from our room was like a postcard! "

"I gave it 4 stars because I felt it was a bit overpriced for what we received. That said, overall we had a good experience. The spa was very nice and ended up being perfect for our first rainy day there. The breakfast was good — not exceptional, but it had all the basics like eggs, fruit, yogurt, and other standard options. Overall, I was happy with the stay, though I do think the pricing was a little high for the overall experience."
