「Besides the property being in the most beautiful location, the staff at the onset are rude and have zero customer experience - they all should work in the kitchen and not interact with guests. Hotel is old and although our room is supposedly updated, it really isn’t - rug was beyond dirty. The food is mediocre. If you have so many downfalls in the hotel, at least have better customer service.」

「I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport. We were able to get to it via bus, just a few stops before downtown, and a very short walk to the hotel. We had to be at the airport at 5am, so the hotel arranged a taxi for us. We had most of the afternoon before to explore Trogir, and was pleased to find that it was a 10 minute walk to the old town. Which is a wonderful place. But even if we hadn't had time to go downtown for dinner, there's a fabulous fresh-made pizza place that is at...
