「The appartment was clean and welcoming as it always is when I stay. Sadly the faults I have reported from past stays still haven't been addressed, the broken & dangerous drain cover in the shower is a major slip hazard because it isn't connected to the drain, the steel framed double bed rattles loudly at the joints everytime you move and lastly, the sofa bed in the lounge has a broken mechanism which makes it dangerous to try to put up and renders it useless to safely use as a double bed to...

「Loved this cottage. Great reception gifts.si cozy and everything we needed was provided. Beautiful walks and countryside.」

「The property was clean and all amenities were there. Communication with the host was very comprehensive. Good location for seeing Haworth and local area. Only suggestion is that now it's towards the end of the season it needs a freshen up paint wise. Also love the fireplace but not too keen on wood as lots of places for spiders especially during peak spider season. All in all though it was lovely and quiet and a comfortable clean base. Thank you.」

「Great location a very comfy beds with small but well equipped kitchen. Very steep stairs. Could do with more toilet rolls.」

「The flat was very clean, but the stairwell to the flat smelt of damp and it wasn’t very clean. Didn’t spoil our stay, we really enjoyed it!」

「Great location for Settle and the surrounding area. The apartment was a little tired but absolutely fine and had everything needed.」

「I am a few times returning customer to the Town Hall Flats and stay here because it s located in the town square and has disability parking bays right outside. The stairs to the properties can be hard going though and aren't disabled friendly. The apartments are very spacious, clean and comfortable with a very workable kitchen for self catering.」

「Great location for our short Dales walking holiday. Within a short walk from Settle station which gave us access to the 3 Peaks from Horton in Ribblesdale and Ribblehead.」

「A very quirky cottage with a great many stairs. There are some things the owner needs to attend to, curtains coming off poles, blind in bedroom not opening properly and the bath needs resealing, it is rather off putting. All the chrome in the property is rusting bathroom fittings and peddle bins.」
