This place is nothing like the photos, it’s very old and dated, needs a remodel, isn’t particularly clean and is very loud. There is no insulation springs doors and windows so it’s very noisy, despite the fact that it’s in a quiet area. The pillows are like plywood, sheets are polyester and the towels feel like sandpaper. 「The balcony facing the sea was the huge bonus for me. That was why I chose Las Gaviotas. As a solo traveler I did not need the large space. The apartment is very large with large balcony also. 「the pool was very small but nice. all parking is on the street. the staff were very accommodating but their hours are limited. bring good ear plugs as there are barking dogs at business across street - noisy all night. patio was nice. breakfast was a banana/fruit and drinkable yoghurt. cookies came out at 10 am. this place does not have a kitchen, only a very small frig. NO ice machine. plenty of filtered water available in lobby」
