The small fishing village welcomes visitors to explore its colorful wooden homes and watch local fishermen bring in their daily catch. Hike nearby Caué's lush rainforest trails or arrange a boat tour to spot sea turtles along the pristine southern coastline.
We rented a car and drove ourselves when we arrived close to Praia Inhame Eco-Lodge it was dark already, best to arrive in the daylight if doing on your own. We had to get directions to the lodge it's not easy to find as the main road gets to be a path, but we found it. They didn't take credit cards so we had to scramble to get cash, which is my biggest complaint. The Lodge is on a very nice beach with almost no one around. We paid to take a boat to the smaller island which is on the...

Restful, warm and friendly retreat. The bedroom and bathroom facilities meet or exceed the standard one would expect from a quality international hotel. The restaurant serves a variety of fish, meat and vegetarian dishes, all were good, as well as bottles of wine, beer and liquor at reasonable rates. The property is about 30 minutes from the main town by car and the beach is a substantial walk. That wasn’t a problem for my purposes, but be advised if you’re looking for dining out/nightlife and...

I came to this hotel at the end of a five-country African trip and was grateful for its relative isolation and peace. There were plenty of walking trails around and I always felt safe, even at night. Nice large bed with adequate drinking water provided, good water pressure in the shower, very clean and artistic decorations -- not necessarily African, but tropic. No noise to speak of at night. The lack of wifi in the room was a bit of a pain, but who comes to a lodge like this to stay online...

It was perfect for our family vacation with my parents, my sister and our kids. We took the family suite. A little small but it was still worth it. The staff was very friendly especially Martino and Ivaneo!

Hotel was good. Walking distance from everything in the city. The staff is helpful. The Wi-Fi is OK but for the money and cleanliness this is the best option in the city.

I spent a week here, I loved it. A beautiful place in a natural setting. Very quite, the staff are very friendly, the kitchen is very good. The property is very close to one of the best beaches on the island. Perfect place to relax.
