"Looks great from the front but the room was a little tired. Fridge configuration made it difficult to get food in and out of. Great location. No microwave in room, wanting people to use their restaurant. Couple of fast food breakfast options within walking distance. "

"Property and room was exquisite. Unfortunately we were greeted by a very curt and rude staff member who seemed upset that she needed to wait for us to travel here for the evening on a long weekend. She phoned us 3 times confirming our arrival time. We told her it would be around a certain time and she mentioned to us that as it was a long weekend, they wanted to leave earlier then the stated check in time. When we checked out the next morning, the cleaning staff was there at 10:59am and the check out was 11 am. We felt SO rushed out and rushed in. And additionally, the kitchen staff were also wanting to rush us out. For the money we spent on this place, it was very upsetting. Perhaps consider staying in the Commodore, an adjoining hotel which was much cheaper."

"The room was a good size. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The rug and couch were old and needed cleaning. The restaurant was great. The food was delicious and the staff were amazing."

"Property is situated in the centre of town, with plenty of parking. Very well presented and incredibly well appointed. Bed was TERRIBLE! Crazy soft and there was also no aircon in the bedroom. Sleeping a full night was impossible due to the heat created by the dense sheets and lack of cool airflow! Eaking up through the night managing the heat. As nice as it is without an ability to sleep comfortably its not worth booking. Clearly the owner has cash! invest in a decent bed! and move.the aircon to the bedrooms! It would be 10/10."
