Nice room but lots of improvement needed

Room was beautiful and a nice setting. Standard of service needs serious improvement; food looks good by arrives cold, breakfast (no longer buffet - just a la carte) takes 45 mins to arrive. "Tours" they arrange are overpriced and just a driver.

Very scenic and pleasant stay.

Room is big and spacious and mini bar is complimentary. People in Malang are very friendly. Wifi connectivity could be better though.

Pleasant Stay

It was a very pleasant stay, but I was disappointed with the very limited Breakfast options. They would not serve me just coffee unless I paid for the full breakfast and then too no bread to go with the eggs. Quite strange for a property of this standard. Having said that the steamed fish for dinner was excellent.

Great place. Rooms are beautiful.... and property is immaculate. At first my room was the furthest away and Internet wasn’t working and the. They changed me and I got internet access again Only thing that I would say is their breakfast is very very limited. I was surprise for such a great hotel. They have an Indonesian mini buffet and some pastries. That’s it! Clearly not cattrered for westerners. Other than that, the hotel is awesome if you can pass the breakfast thing :)

One of Malang's best

Unique timber architecture, simple and beautiful. I love the "semi open air" bath area. Nice garden surrounding the bungalows. Some mosquitoes. The front desk is not well trained but polite. Breakfast is the kind of buffet which offers narrow and poor choices. I always think an a la cart suits small hotels best.

Kamar besar. Kamar mandi yang semi outdoor kurang privacy dan panas karena atap nya menggunakan kaca tembus pandang. Hanya ada 10 bungalow yang terdiri dari 1 president suite plus 4 kamar yang golf view. Kolam renang umum tepat bersebelahan dengan resto / lounge, sangat tidak nyaman apabila sedang berenang ada tamu restoran.

luxury hideaway

Beautiful architecture with wonderful water features and infinity pool. The bungalow was large and well appointed. The bed beautiful. Service was generally excellent, although we were dissatisfied that the staff didn't want to allow us to take a small plastic bottle of water, supplied in our room, to the pool side. This was unacceptable. However, this was a small blemish on an otherwise excellent stay.

Beautiful, well appointed, comfortable bungalows

loved everything about this hotel. So comfortable, unique with individual ponds and beautiful landscaping. I couldn't stop taking pictures.

Great hotel

At first, we stayed 2 nights in this hotel in the room with garden view. And then we booked another 2 nights in the room with golf view. Room is very spacious. Golf view room has nice relaxing view if you like nature. Room is very clean with open concept bathroom (be aware of tiny animals). One extra bed is provided for free. Overall it is a nice experience. Will stay in this hotel again when we visit Malang.
