Time to change the mattress and the blanket. The blanket is very thin and it is very cold in the night with the aircon on. The aircon controller basically cannot adjust the wind strength. It is always at the higher fan even it has set to the lowest. Location is very good. you can walk to the jonker street.

Prime real estate

Very close to Jonkers street. Within walking distance. A little dated but worth the location. Don’t plan to be mobile with a vehicle, foot patrol is highly recommended. Lots of things to see within this location. Double jacuzzi was a pleasant surprise

The hotel is a very short walking distance to the major tourist attractions in Melaka.Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is provided. Rooms are very dated and my room had water damage which has not been repaired. The room was made available to us with the toilet and bathroom soaking wet after being washed. The room itself is dusty and not clean. Would I come here again? I don't think so.

The gentleman that greeted us and stored our luggage because we were early was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and extremely roomy for a twin and king bed. There is no restaurant onsite but very walkable to lots of nearby restaurants. Location very central to the weekend night markets.

You get what you pay for. Room was tidy but wasn’t a nice stay. The cooling system wasn’t strong enough and the shower pressure was super weak. No slippers or face towels. Also want to flag a tourist/non-resident tax issue during check-in. When booking through Expedia, the tourist tax is paid by Expedia and this is confirmed in writing in the booking confirmation email. I showed this to the front desk lady during check-in and she insisted that I still had to pay. The amount was trivial and not worth arguing. But I raised this with Expedia and they refunded me. Seems like there’s some sort of misalignment happening here.

Was a good stay. Had all the basic amenities and was close to the red square and Jonker street. They had maintenance on our floor which took out power and water but we were heading out anyways and by the time we were back, it was all functioning with no problems.

Staff were uninteresred before 3pm. Reception was present but on the phone. Only saving grace of the hotel is Wong who attended to us when we arrived before 3pm. We were allowed to deposit our luggage. Rest of the stay was "meh" corridoor was covered in obvious water patch. Rooms were spacious, everything was chargeable. Nice if you like bugs for room mates

my room didnt have hair dryer. my sisters' room didnt have air-cond. my room was more expensive than my sisters' rooms but was so basic and ugly. their rooms were so nice. my room didnt even have a window. very claustrophobic. the only positive is the location - walking distance to Jonker Walk

Stayed in the celebration suite. In-room jacuzzi was good! The cabinet under the sink was falling apart though. The sheets and pillows were NOT CLEAN. Didn't dare to touch the sofas either.
