It is convenient n near to TESCO n other shops.
The hotel is cosy. I suddenly realise that my room has no coffee-making facilities although it was identified as oneof the facilities.

The aircond is very noisy. Wall is dirty. One of the down light is not working, but the hotel management is not replacing them even after I complaint and stayed for 2 days. Not worth for money.

Poor hotel facilities and room conditions.
Overall quite expensive with poor room conditions and hotel facilities. Can hear people talking from next room. No privacy at all. Got TV inside but no remote control provided. Have to take hot water from machine outside the room if you want make hot drink. No electric kettle provided inside the room.

Business hotel close to Alor Gajah
It's a new hotel in a new area and easily accessible, close to restaurants, shops and a hypermarket. But the rooms need soundproofing and so does the electric box as the buzzing bothered me in the wee hours of the morning. The cockroach under my bed was my room mate for the 2 nights I slept there.

Jenis bilik ditukar pada saat akhir
Keseluruhannya kurang memuaskan dengan supervisor perempuan cina yang langsung tidak mesra alam. Muka masam mencuka. Cuma pekerja lelaki (reception) yang banyak sekali membantu dalam menguruskan tempahan bilik yang ditukar pada saat akhir. Tempahan online bilik twin sharing tapi ditukar oleh supervisor berkenaan kepada bilik single. Amat menyusahkan pelanggan.
