It's dirty, Wifi not working The whole environment is old and have a smell over the place.

Good location
Good location which nearby with jonker walk. Walking distance to many popular local food restaurant like baba low, popular nyonya kuih baba charlie & etc.

so bad,when at room is so boring, cause no wifi to connect and all tv channel no clear,i no know at room can do what, so so so boring and bad mood,in room also no have drinks, no have hot water heater, cannot to drinking hot drinks, no have hair dryer....comment is bad~

dear customer we are available hair dryer,hot water services for 24 hours but you are unaware and didnt request to our hotel staff ...we are sorry for any incovenience when u stay in our hotel......its a budget hotel..if your expectation so high you should made booking at 5star hotel and not u book the cheapest budget hotel.....

Too bad..not recomend
Too bad...when we arrived, he said the hotel already fully booked...he said we supposedly to come before 5pm (which there is not mentioned in the policy of hotel.com)...let us wait 1hr for them to call other customer which yet come & do the housekeeping...

DEAR VALUED CUSTOMER....THANK YOU FOR YOUR FEEDBACK AND ITS NOT OUR FAULT IF YOU LATE ARRIVE THERE!..YOU SHOULD LEAVE A REQUEST IN YOUR BOOKING THAT WE WILL ARRIVE LATE! BUT YOU DINT DO AND DINT CALL TO HOTEL TO INFORM US? WHY? AS A BOOKER YOU SHOULD KNOW YOUR RESPONSIBLE ONCE YOUR BOOKED THE ROOM?

nice hotel and staff
The management so nice and the room very good and comfortable.. the evirontment also good the hotel stated close to the city can go anywhere we want without any worries

The lady staff is very helpful and pleasant. Overall hotel is ok except accessibility. I was lockout for quite a while at midnight as there was no staff to open the door. They should give guests door pastword to enter hotel freely.

there was available staff and that guy opened door after he send other customer needs.....as a customer u should respect the staff and hotel..not misbehavior like ladydon! if you need high expectation go and stay with 5 star accomodations....hope u will understanding this

不会再入住这家酒店...
酒店內部陈舊,员工也不友善,房间的牆壁漆料已脱落,浴室也没清洗干净.....
