The best Boutique hotel I ever stayed. Great location and easy to reach. Very nice room decoration and comfortable. Found drinking water hose direct from the sink. I stayed in the cheapest room of the day and its really awesome. May the other higher price rooms offer fantastic experience.

Nice big room! Cleanliness is average. Parking is not pleasant at all as you need to drive in the dirt under the flyover which I didn't like at all. Other than that, I am OK with the rest.

Hotel location is good and facilities (including bed &aircon) are sufficient for the price that our family paid for accommodation. There's ample free parking spaces too. I'm most pleased with the courteous & friendly staff..very helpful. The downside is the open marking space (under a flyover) so cars get dusty when left for more than 1 day.

Cheap for location
Basic hotel that serves the purpose. About 10 mins walk to attraction areas and Jonker walk. Parking was under the flyover which might cause some concern for some but it is relatively safe. Stain on sheets and towel, zero service but you get what you pay for. Basic hotel at a relatively convenient location.

Poor service and room is not as advertised.
The picture in the website is totally different from what I got. I booked a room for 4; family room. But actually it is a room for 3 and they just added one extra bed on the floor. Check in service was bad. They kept telling me my booking was cancelled. They asked me to give them booking ID and i show them booking confirmation number from hotels.com but they said that is not the number. Room is small though.

The bed lining looks like didn't change at all. Very crumpy and there was stink on it, not just one but few spots. Washroom design not very good as the whole toilet floor will be wet when u shower. But good thing they do provide floor mat upon requested as people often use towel as floor mat. Hotel location to drop off not very convenient as you will hold up the traffic when you stop in front of hotel.

The bedding and pillow cases seems like not change for long time, got smell from previous hotel guest. The ceiling lights can't switch off at all, have to sleep with lights on whole nights. The floors is clean even though walk with bare footed but still can spot some dusts at the concerned area.

easy to locate, just between hatten square and jonker area. 4 of us staying in a room, not too cramp. only one small issue, very near a major road, can be a bit noisy when car with big exhaust pass by

Overall is a nice place to stay in .
Is a bit rundown at neighbourhood and very quiet and feel not safe when return to hotel T night. Normally we will go back to hotel in a group or return a bit early for our own safety . Can hear very clearly from room to room if speak a bit louder :( .

Hotel with great service staff
The two female staff who served us at the reception at 1130am on 14 Oct 16, were extremely helpful and flexible. The more senior staff (I think so) was very patient when she gave road direction, taught us how to make call from her mobile, listened to our feedback on hotel rooms, etc.. Their smiles were warmth and made our stay enjoyable. Plus the hotel is easy to walk to malls and eating places. Nice!
