Very bad service.. The hotel building is so scary.. I came at 6am and ask the time to check in, the staff told me to come at 11am then, i go back to the hotel then another staff told me to come at 12pm then when i call at 12pm they told me to come at 2pm..very badddd service..

Errrrrr
Creepy hotel with a graveyard behind, and the room is small and the equipments are old. Charge extra 10+2 myr per night tax for government. End up check-out next moring with no refund

The room not as in the pictures... And the information was wrong.. There don't have free parking.. We must presence our own parking coupon.. And the receptionist never inform about this earlier.. Housekeeping have to inform to the receptionist everytime.. We are really dissapointed with this booking.

Sorry, there were many bookings that day, so there was a little administrative error. I am sorry that you found it run down, our hotel is a no frills, budget hotel.

- room condition very bad, very dirty. toilet not properly maintained. water heater not working.not recommended at all.

I am sorry that you did not have a good experience. I am sure the water heater works, perhaps, you do not know how to use the water heater. You could request the staff to assist you , and even ask for another cleaning.

Friendly service a distance from the center
It was a very nice place with very comfortable rooms, however it isn't that close to the center.
