The room we were given, the bathroom had an extremely foul smell. We called someone up and the worker said not to go inside the bathroom as there was some plumbing problem. I expected to be moved to another room. They never called to arrange the transfer so I called to get a new room. They placed us in a small, dark room that was clearly inferior to the one we had, and it had no balcony like our original room. The girl at the front desk had the nerve to argue with me about this and finally, she managed to place us in a similar room. Poor customer service, the front desk employees seem annoyed when you ask them for things, not a luxury experience at all. The pool area was good, the breakfast was very good. Rooms did not lock from inside, no locks on door, so my son wandered out when sleep walking. Thankfully we caught him in the hallways. Doors should be able to lock.
