"Perfect place for a romantic winter getaway. Stunning grounds, great room with lovely views, the lodge was cozy and the food was great - the breakfast in particular was amazing. Dinner was expensive but it didn’t disappoint and convenient onsite. No TV in the room but no need with the cozy fireplace. Bed was comfortable with nice linen. "Lovely stay, kindly accommodated our earlier arrival (we were allowing extra time for possible road closures), very clean and compact, we had everything we needed. A couple of steps to watch (trip hazards), shower water turned hot when toilet flushed, and no full length mirror."
