We loved the private hot tub was amazing to just relax evening and morning everyday. The onsite staff went above and beyond and were super friendly. I am planning to book here again when we travel to see my parents who live in the area.

Very close to the hot pools, a 4square supermarket and a good playground. Large rooms with kitchen and nice bathroom. Hot tub on deck. Good for families. Would recommend.

Great staff, wonderful place to stay even during rainy days. The covered private spa area is a winner every-time. We come here annually for our getaways to unwind form the city life.

Adequate. Everything was very clean. Missing little touches like dish brush, tissues, milk, etc With no one on site to communicate with it felt a little unwelcoming.

Great property, we had room G. Road traffic was loud but not much you can do about that. Nice mineral spa, make sure you read the instructions or itll be too hot to get in. Dont expect the room to actually be ready at 2pm if you're planning to show up at 2pm.

Nobody to meet us on arrival at 3pm numerous phone calls to get into complex.Manager wanted credit card imprint incase of damages then proceeded to take $100 out of account.Has given all sorts of reasons for delay in refund been waiting a week.Very un professional a nd would not recommend

The room was spotless, we saw no - one. We appreciate that we finally had a Ph number that was answered on our arrival to help us deal with our entry problems. Apart from that, I had asked 3 separate questions by text & not one of them was answered, it felt like we were communicating with a robot.
