"Beautiful quiet riad off the busy areas. Hosts and staff were lovely and very helpful, including meeting us where the taxi could drop us and walking us to the riad, and helping us carry luggage when we left (even if we didn't need it!). Location can be a bit hard to find without guide so accept the help on arrival. Also be aware in Marrakesh some walkways in the medina near the square are closed at night so know your routes.
In the riad one feels constantly pampered. Tea and nibbles appeared...

It was my husbands birthday while we were there and i asked them to make it special and decorate the room which they did in a very basic way, i asked them if they could play happy birthday song at breakfast time for him but they didnt seem to care enough to do it.
