We also met one of the cleaners, who was lovely, as well as a friendly man who came to look at our phone that wasn't working (I also pointed out the cracked shower tiles to him). I've given 5 stars for cleanliness, because this was honestly one of the cleanest apartments we've ever stayed in! 「This hotel is next to the hunter valley garden. The views outside the balcony is pretty good and I can see the sun rise in the morning. The room is big and comfortable. It has free wifi and it is stable. However, I think the bed is too soft for me.」
