"Old, out dated, filthy, shower was sooo nasty i wouldn't use it, bed was horrible"

I walked into my room and my pull out mattress was filthy and had crumbs everywhere, there was broken tile in the bathroom, the vent was caked with dust. Our tv didn’t work. Anytime I tried looking for an employee no one was available. "

We didn’t find any evidence of anyone else in the room so we think the door did not get completely latched after it was cleaned. The door was hard to shut completely without a final tug. We requested that no one go into our room while we were away so we wouldn’t come back with the door potentially open. "
