Our first checkin acknowledged this giving us complimentary waters, but this check-in staff were flustered by the queue and forgot to give water. When my husband returned to ask for the complimentary water, he was charged!!! "

"Loved our stay at NH Santiago! The hotel in centrally located and very close to public transit . The rooms are very spacious and clean. Buffet was assorted with various foods. The only drawback was that the hotel did not have a pool although listing states it has one. It has a Jacuzzi instead which needs to be reserved but is private. Would definitely recommend. "

We stayed clear of the eggs, but the fruit, pastries, and a la carte items were all fresh and delicious. Room was basic but clean, atmosphere in the common areas (lobby, etc) is like something from another time! "
