「The hotel is located inside the University of Maine campus, which is quiet, safe, and has convenient parking. The rooms seem to be converted from student dormitories, so the layout is different from typical hotels. The bathroom in my room was exceptionally large, almost at a luxury mansion level, and the bed was also big. The room was clean with high ceilings, but there was no desk available for use, which was somewhat inconvenient.」

「Parking is free and there is a lot of space. Despite being right next to 95, you can't hear the traffic. Rooms are spacious and appear to be newly renovated. There are two sinks, one in the bathroom and one in the hall which was nice if someone was taking a shower you can still brush your teeth. Breakfast was good, the only issue was that the breakfast area was a little small so you have to dodge people trying to get food. Still I would stay there again.」

「Staff was incredible. I especially enjoyed watching breakfast being made. In front of me. REAL scrambled eggs. Not the powdered kind. TV was a bit funky. Changed batteries in the remote. Changed the remote. Had to unplug the TV from the wall outlet in order to turn it off. But the staff was very helpful in trying to figure out the problem.」

「The property was nice. The room was a little outdated the rug was frayed and looked to be bare in one spot. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The room was huge we had 2 queens/double with a pull out couch which we paid for but still huge. The dollar amount spent did not make up for the uncomfortable beds though. Breakfast was great in the morning and staff was very friendly.」

「Loved that the unit came with a table for 4! Did not love the dusty baseboards and loud heat/ac unit that was too loud for us to sleep comfortably. Also did not like that the sleeping area is not separate from the kitchen area. Prefer a bathroom with the sink inside so that other people in the party are not disrupted. Wonderful staff and overall good stay but could have been better.」

「The pool and jacuzzi were very nice. Breakfast was a little better than the typical thing you get at hotels like this. The room was large, well equipped, with an excellent shower and a very comfortable bed. I'm picky about beds and liked this one!」
