We enjoyed our stay at Milford Motel on the River. Jayne and her husband were attentive and the room was clean. We had a two bedroom suite and it was comfortable for the 3 of us. The onsite laundry was a bonus and Jayne suggested a fantastic restaurant - Peppers Landing. We would stay here again.

I checked in and the room we were given had 4 beds which worked out great as there were 4 of us. The room had everything needed for a lengthy stay but we only stayed over night. Very nice room.

We had a wonderful stay at the Motel on the River. The owners are wonderful, helpful people and they really show interest in their guests. They gave us good advice about places worth visiting in the area and we also used the Motel as a base to drive to Acadia National Park, which is beautiful. We ( parents with 3 young adults) climbed the beehive trail in the Park which is really worth climbing, not only for the adventure but also because of the beauty of te surroundings. Thanks for everything and the good and honest advice about the bigger room for 5!

We had a wonderful stay here! The location right next to the river was beautiful and made for a scenic, relaxing experience. Our room was very clean, with comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and a spotless bathroom. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

The stay at this Motel was absolutely wonderful. Quit area, other a train noise once, the river view was pretty!The room was very clean and very large for our party of 6. We had more then enough room for all of us to sleep. The only thing we found was the pull out bed was not very comfortable. We will be staying here again, this year and next. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Milford Motel On The River is located along the bank of the Penobscot River. The deck is located on the back at the river. Drinking my chai in the morning I watched ducks, eagles, merlins and geese. The bed was incredibly comfortable and made for a nice sleep. The recliner was also comfortable. The apartment is tastefully decorated. I stayed with my two children (28 and 14) who also enjoyed their stay at the apartment.
