「Very good 」

「Other than being outdated, the room was nice and very clean. It also smelled nice. It was very quiet. Staff was very helpful. I would def stay again.」

「House was beautiful. Room and facilities were spotless. The hosts were brilliant as well. I’d missed going out for dinner in the area so they kindly made me an excellent grilled cheese sandwich. And when they realised I’d be walking half an hour the next day to my next stop, even dropped me off. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. If I’m ever back in the area I’ll be staying here.」

「Nice new hotel in Northborough. Friendly efficient front staff. The room was clean but a little sterile. Some stains on the comforter that was a little off putting—no duvet. Not your typical Hilton pillows. Nice breakfast and good coffee with oat milk option. Nice place if you need to stay in the area for a short trip.」

「advertised continental breakfast when we went in there were two bananas one apple pre-packaged plain bagels and a couple of mini muffins. the room was dusty with con webs on tje light fixtures. the soap dish in the ahower was broken and still stuck to the shower walls,」

「The man at the front desk was of no help and refused my stay because he wouldn’t accept my military ID card, as my drivers license was lost during my travels. He also would not accept a picture of my license. This upset me a lot but more so than anything, his rude and demeaning attitude and unwillingness to have a calm and professional conversation is what left me floored.」

「We had a very brief stay. Our only complaint was that the heat was so high that we had to open the window. We tried lowering the thermostat with minimal results. (i will say that they offered us a room change but it was so late that we declined.)」

「I was here for a school visit with my boyfriend! The front desk staff was extremely nice and sweet, our flights arrive late in the night and I felt so sorry that we had to woke this poor man up. The room is clean and comfy, would definitely recommend this!」

「The check-in process took longer than it should have, however, the room and bathroom were very clean, and the minifridge and microwave in the room were nice to have. Everything was just what I expected.」

「The room was large and clean, bed comfortable, shower excellent, AC effective. Some street noise (my room was close to the street). Management might consider installing lamps next to the beds and providing plastic or paper cups in the bathroom. But overall, it's a convenient, comfortable place to stay, and I would certainly stop there again.」

「No soap in our shower. Stayed overnight quickly so didn't really allocate time to ask for some, but we really shouldn't have to do that at all.」
