Excellent hotel that is most valued-for-money. It takes me less than 10 minutes to step out of my room to get onto the Shinkansen platform. It is also among the newest Toyoko Inn. I stayed for a total of 7 days to visit Kyoto and Nagoya.

Convenient quiet hotel in Maibara
Very easy to find hotel, just downstairs of JR Maibara Station. Very clean new hotel. Breakfast included is simple Japanese style but enough to start the day. Large supermarket across street and few small restaurants nearby. The town is residential but Maibara is along the Shinkansen line so it is a good base for traveling. We enjoyed our stay there and would stay again.

Breakfast needs improvement
Stay a room next to the lift, the room has a long corridor which can't be used. So the room felt smaller. New facilities in very good condition. Very good wifi. Breakfast so so.
