The staffs were friendly and attentive during our stay in Hanoi. The continental breakfast was A plus with different menu each day. I will definitely come back in the future. Thank you Mr Dong for great recommendations during our stay. The cruise to Ha Long Bay was amazing too

I would like to recognize the staff at the Aurora Hotel, specifically Ms. Mia, Mr. Tee, and Mr. Andy, who were exceptional. The 3 of them went above and beyond. to make my stay enjoyable. Ms Mia was so pleasant and a joy to talk with, Mr Tee gave me some great ideas in my travel plans as an adventurer, and Mr Andy was really interested in how my day went. The rooms were to my liking, and I asked to be placed on a lower floor, which they were able to accommodate. Any restaurant, massage, excursion, etc, was within walking distance or an Uber/bus ride away. Some friends and I are already making plans to come back, and we will be staying again at this hotel. We booked only 1 night at Le Petit Prince hotel & rooftop to explore the city and enjoy the stunning views from the rooftop bar. It was a perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. The staff were incredibly friendly, making our short stay even more memorable. We can't wait to come back and explore more of what the city has to offer! Next time, we plan to extend our stay and visit some local markets and museums nearby. The city's vibrant culture and delicious cuisine deserve more time to be fully appreciated. I highly recommend Le Petit Prince for anyone looking for a cozy and convenient base!

This hotel is PERFECT for your trip to Hanoi! Me and my wife couldn't be happier! It's perfectly located and it walking distance so pretty much anywhere you want to go! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was beyond amazing. We even got to see and participate in a staffs birthday celebrations which made us feel like we were apart of their family! Breakfast is amazing as well. We also have to give Vivian a bug shout out. She really went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. It was raining hard one day where we had to cancel our Holong Bay day cruise. She took care of it for us without even asking! 11/10 experience!! Highly recommend!

Oriental Jade was a really good choice. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had to extend our trip by another night and they managed to fit us in the same room – no problems. The bathroom had a few stray hairs on the floor. Apart from this, the property was fantastic and would have given 5/5 stars.
