「Over all stay is good and safe for families. Food is tasty and is served 24*7. Staff is very helpful. Few things needs inprovement which i communicated to the management staff.」

「I don’t have breakfast so I can’t comment on it. The pillow cases were dirty I felt so uncomfortable sleeping. When I checked in I wasn’t given a room key but the porter who took my luggage upstairs had a key and one key card was in the room the give me acccess to light etc. when I checked out the receptionist was rude because I didn’t have a room key on me. Overall their attitude isn’t not great.」

「Very friendly and helpful service personnel! They made our stay very comfortable and also granted us extra wishes like an additional mattress without issue. The room was fine, although it was not fully clean once you look past the general fancy look. And the surroundings (Mahipalpur) were really dirty and felt unsafe unfortunately.」

「The property was clean,close to the hotel.the only issue we had that the staff was not propery notified of our package inclusion,they picked us up from airport and wanted to charge us for the pick up shuttle also the breakfast in the morning they also wanted to charge when I showed them my paperwork my expedia which showed that breakfast was included and one way transfer from airport was included then they agreed and by the way it also showed free upgrade to the room I dont what room we suppose...
