Lovely hotel, very close to the Airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful, also knowledgeable of the local area.
The room was clean, comfortable and spacious.

Overall okay with the room and services. There were lots of unpleasant noises coming from other rooms whole night. Not suitable for families. Prices are much higher as compared to nearby hotels and don’t see any value for extra money being spent.
They gave our paid rooms to someone else and made us stay at a motel that was very gross. We were very upset and they didn’t give us the money back. Don’t stay here!

1.Property not giving me shuttle services. After advised that its included.. they provide me one.
2. Hotel do not have heating system. They charge 500rs per night for portable heater.
3. They do not have hot water .. After complaining few times they came to check and still didn't received hot water.
4. Paper towels , welcome drink are not there.

I booked this hotel solely to rest, and because the booking clearly showed that airport transfer was included. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
There was no air conditioning in the room, and despite asking the staff twice to turn it on, no one did. The room also had no window, which made it extremely humid and uncomfortable. Because of this, I was unable to get proper sleep.
On arrival, I was charged extra for the transfer, even though it was shown as included at the time of booking, which was very frustrating and misleading.
Additionally, there was a tray full of waste food left outside my room door when I checked in, and it was still there the next day. This gave a very poor first impression and raised concerns about cleanliness and hygiene.
Overall, this stay did not meet basic comfort or service expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel, especially to anyone booking for rest or transit.
