"The value you get for your money when you stay at Dhamana Beach is unmatched in every sense of the way. You obviously should not expect a five star experience on this budget but what you get when you choose Dhamana is actually far more than we expected in this price range. The value is incredible. Especially the crew make this place what it is. They stopped at nothing to make sure we had the best stay possible and even agreed to customize one of their excursions quite a lot to make sure it...

Unfortunately, the infrastructure (e.g. beaches) is not really usable due to religious reasons. Burning waste in the neighborhood sometimes causes odor problems. Combustion should also be optimized here for environmental reasons (this is a task for the local public administration).

"Water had a horrible, nauseating oder that was beyond the smell of sulfur in the water. Problem did not exist in our other room. But in the other room there was a window but you couldn't open the curtains because of privacy - direct view to and from the kitchen and patio area."

"Incredible local reef that you can swim to right off the island.
Friendly staff, and decent food.
Italian and Thai restaurants are great. Buffet is very good for dinner, but not too many options for breakfast or lunch.
Would happily come back, especially for the immense sea life."

Snorkel the vibrant house reef just steps from shore, where colorful fish and small reef sharks swim among coral formations. Arrange a traditional dhoni boat excursion to nearby uninhabited islands where local guides prepare fresh-caught seafood lunches on pristine beaches.
This is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed! It is quiet and relaxed. The island is small so this is the only resort on it. You can walk around the island in 20 minutes. I loved how quiet this place was, and I didn’t see any kids there. In spite of its small size they had five restaurants serving different types of food. Some of the reef is damaged, but we still saw plenty of fish of varying sizes and colors! I would go back in a flash!

We have just returned from a wonderful five night stay at Constance Moofushi, Maldives. We really could not fault it, from the quality of the food and drink, the friendliness of the staff and the superb accommodation. It truly was an island paradise. We stayed in an over water villa. Stepping down into the water from our balcony to snorkel in the crystal clear waters was amazing. The corals and marine life were breathtaking. We wish we could have stayed longer. My first time to write a hotel review. Couldn't resist. Been to Maldives four times and this hotel is the best so far. The staff is great and willing to accommodate any need. I really enjoyed my stay at Perla from arrival to departure. The staff booked my speedboat transfer which made it very easy for me. They have a lot of excursions for guests to choose from. Finally made it to Maldives. We can’t say enough positive things about this resort. From the time we landed in Male to our entire stay. The staff and hotel are nothing short of amazing. They are on top of your entire stay. From flight arrival to departure. The food is so wonderful and last but not least pictures and videos do not do this place justice. Breathtakingly Beautiful! Thank you for an amazing experience.

I loved staying at the Bliss Dhigurah! At first I was a little apprehensive because it is not a fancy schmancy resort like those that exist on other islands, but I settled in quickly and was very pleased by the accommodations, the staff, and of course, the beach! Please be prepared for no beach chairs or umbrellas (I was lucky to have found a hammock every day). There is a smattering of chairs along the beach but some look like they have been on the beach for decades. I had full board and...

This is a great resort! Not only is it all inclusive, with meals and drinks, but the staff is great. The rooms are beautiful. This was my husband and I's first trip to the Maldvies and we had a great time. They included some activities as well, such as kayaking and snorkeling. I highly recommend this resort.

Two things stood out: 1) Chef Ali's attentiveness to my gluten allergy. I was treated to bespoke meals (especially desserts) as well as gluten-free options made available at request. 2) The joy of the staff as they did their job, especially their efforts to upgrade me to the finest property available as a solo traveler. The conditions were pristine.
