「The only reason I gave 3 stars for the check-in process is because I have never experienced anything like this before. After this experience, I understand it better. The part of Bucharest where this property is located is very densely populated. More explicit pictures and a map of where the driving and building entrances are would be most helpful to the uninitiated like me. The help that I got was superb! Otherwise, the room was perfect, the kitchen well appreciated, the laundry most welcome....

「False advertising. The apartment I was given looks nothing like the pictures. Door handle broken, stained couch, old uncomfortable bed, broken old bathtub. I do not normally write reviews, but I have decided not to stay in the apartment and choose different accommodation. Did not receive any refund from the property of course.」

「Great apartment but the location advertised is incorrect. Contact the host beforehand if you need to park.」

「The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.」

「Great service great location」

「Easy access」

「The apartment is a nice modern room. Comfortable bed and sofa. Good quality furnishings. The location is a quiet residential neighborhood and a fair walk from local amenities. Staff were responsive and helpful. The mention of a pool (emphasized in photographs) and fitness center are misleading. They are not on site but a 10 minute walk away and payable as extra. As a result I did not use them.」
