I wish I can rate 0 but there is no option!!!
booked the room for this apartment and confirmation email sent from Expedia. I read the check in instruction message on the day arrival in Bucharest, tried to call the property but they said they do not have cooperation with Expedia….. left me in front of building in the evening, taxi paid, was forced to standon the road side and book another hotel that cost me 120 euro because of last minute booking.
The property support does not show any support but keep asking me contact Expedia. After talk agent from Expedia, I am shocked about the support I received!!! Case number created but this agent ask me to wait 24-48hours for the update???
I feel frustrated from both party as I almost spent 1.5 hours to resolve the issue that is not because of me. Time and money wasted!!!
