「酒店接待人員操心大意，竟然重覆收取酒店費用。指示往住宿處亦欠清晰，如有地圖較佳。房間內有很多螞蟻、曱甴，亦有很大煙味。優點是位置清靜、地方寬敞，煮食用具齊備。」

「I had an awesome stay at the Mercure Hotel in Townsville! From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and well-organised. The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help, which made the experience even better.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. I especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the well-maintained facilities. The pool area is a great bonus, ideal for unwinding, and the overall layout of the hotel...
