「The room we had was absolutely disgusting. The sofa was covered in hair and stained. Had to have the desk lady ( very nice lady who was very helpful and apologetic) come up and try to clean it. After 1/2 hr she gave us a sheet to put over the sofa because it still wasn’t completely clean. There was also hair in the shower and on the counter. Room was not vacuumed either. Our unit had 2 windows out of 3 fully blocked by concrete sill wall and people use it as garbage bin, and last one had fence view. So practically it was basement unit without any windows. 「This hotel is close to everything, extremely clean, free breakfast , pool super fun , room and the hotel in general super super clean , staff very friendly and even a mini kind of convenient store with food and supplies we could need. Also a gas station plus a Tim Horton’s right next to the hotel ( walking distance). Easy access from the main highway.」
