Awesome rooms, wonderful character in the architecture! Bed was fantastic, linens are top quality! Bower staff is superb, we had a small discrepancy with out booking and it was resolved over the phone in seconds and our room was upgraded fast! These rentals are so much nicer than big hotels!

There was no staff which was different but the place was turnkey ready when we arrived. Close to the water, restaurants, and grocery store. The place had an outdoor living space and the inside was beautifully decorated.

Very clean and modern on the inside. Very rundown on the outside. The front stairs are falling apart and we felt like we would fall through. The AC didn’t work and the house was extremely hot. They couldn’t fix it and offered a different room. We had settled in so declined and opened doors and windows. They charge extra for parking in an unpaved lot full of potholes. Some of the lights didn’t work inside as well. The surrounding area is very sketchy. It is loud with many homeless and drug users. A freight train runs next to the house throughout the night. Worst stay ever for us. Avoid it! We asked for some compensation and they declined saying sorry for the inconvenience. The response from staff was also very slow.

Nice place to stay in Moncton, walkable to dining, which is nice when you’re on a roadtrip. Only issue we had was some lights not working so we rearranged the little kitchen table. I would note to the owners that it’s nice the instructions are online; however when the internet goes off ( not sure why it happened but it did) there should be a binder with info as a backup.

Items that require attention. 1) House siding needs fixing. 2) Toilet paper holder needs repair. 3) New mattress and change to a KING size because the room is set up for a king according the to the bed side light switches. Inconvenient when try to reach for the switches from a queen size bed. 4) Shower door needs adjustment, will not fully close. 5) All wood deck area needs paint. Besides above the overall experience was great and being our first time will try this again for sure.

I don’t think I could come up with something negative to say about this place if I tried. Excellent space for two people. Everything was clean. We were in town for an event at the Avenir Centre and we were just a short walk away. Would absolutely stay here again.
