La experiencia de entrar con un codigo de acceso es muy fria. No habia perchas en el armario, perdon, colgador Los radiadores hacian un ruido tremendo toda la noche. Avisaron para que viniera el fontanero, pero los ruidos siguieron El sofa cama, duro e incomodo

El apartamento es muy pequeño para lo que se paga (por mucho que esté en el centro de madrid), en relación a otros apartamentos que disponen de personal en las mismas condiciones. El sofá daba bastante asco.. deberían tener una funda que cambiaran con cada estancia porque estaba muy sucio

La struttura è molto carina,essenziale, vicina al centro ma silenziosa,il loro grande problema è che non hanno una reception sul posto,quindi deve andare tutto bene,se per caso ci sono degli inconvenienti ma anche banali tipo i teli da bagno che mancano, ne viene fuori un affare di stato,peccato, la gestione è molto importante sopratutto quando non c'è nessuno ad accoglierti , al giorno d'oggi vince chi ha il personale migliore,se investi poco hai anche poco riscontro.

A great apartment in the middle of Madrid

We were traveling on vacation. This apartment was close to many bars and restaurants as well as public transportation. The Plaza Mayor was only a few minutes walk away. It was quiet, beautifully kept.

El cuarto está muy bien en cuanto a espacio comodidad es céntrico todo queda muy cerca a pie el lugar donde se encuentra es tranquilo y hay muchos lugares donde salir a comer , lo que no me parece es que te quieran cobrar por hacerte el aseo, ósea te entregan el cuarto limpio pero si estás 3 5 7 noches no te incluye limpieza diaria tienes que pagar en mexico llegas a un hotel desde 3 estrellas asta 3 diamantes y eso te lo incluyen, el precio no es barato , durante dos días solo había agua helada ya que la caldera no servía

Parto dei plus. I ragazzi all'accoglienza sono deliziosi e disponibili. L'appartamento pulito seppur semplice ed essenziale. La posizione meravigliosa. Il quartiere La Latina è vicinissimo a piazza Mayor, ed è un Barrio molto vivace. Inoltre la fermata della metro è vicinissima. Unico neo... Un gruppetto di miei connazionali che ci hanno veramente rovinato la vacanza. Madrid permette di divertirsi h24 x cui trovo inaccettabile anche x dei ragazzi avere musica a tutto volume e voci altissime con finestre e porte aperte, all'una di notte, in quello che è un condominio. Ma il peggio era la sveglia alle 7....voci a volume altissimo x 1 ora.... Ogni mattina. Ovviamente lasciando le finestre aperte x poterne godere maggiormente. Incredibile poi quanto un uomo sia in grado di parlare ininterrottamente. Ecco. L'unico neo. Forse ci vorrebbe un controllo ogni tanto

The appartments appear to be in a newly refurbished block. The decoration is modern and the appartment contains all fairly basic furniture, quite minimalist. On the plus side the appartment was really spacious, we had the double deluxe appartment. Everything was in good condition as the appartment appears newly refurbished. Things that could be improved - no microwave which is a surprise for a self catering appartment, and an inconvenience when travelling with kids. The main problems though are related to noise. First the bedrooms have no doors, the layout is open plan. Inconvenient when travelling with kids and you want to stay up later than them. Secondly the noise from the communal areas was really bad, there is almost no sound proofing from the main door and there seems to be a ventilation shaft where all the noise from inside the flats travels up through. The main external door to the appartments is very very loud and the constant noise of it slamming shut was extremely annoying and would wake me up in the night. Some signs in the corridor telling people to keep the noise down and not to slam the door might help a bit, unfortunately people seemed to hang out in the communal areas shouting up and down to each other. I had to sleep with ear plugs and am not sure I would have slept otherwise. There was also noise from the street from all the bars, something to bear in mind at weekends. All in all, a spacious flat but I wouldn't return due to the noise.

L’appartamento, di recente ristrutturazione, si trova in zona abbastanza centrale e tranquilla con due fermate della metro a una decina di minuti (entrambe però della linea verde) nei pressi parecchi ristoranti e pub per tutti gusti. La dotazione della cucina è decisamente essenziale così come il mobilio ridotto al minimo, scomoda l’assenza di una porta che possa dividere la zona giorno con divano letto dalla camera da letto. Comoda la presenza dell’ascensore.

Disappointing, unhelpful hosts.

On a last minute get away to Madrid we made a VERY last minute accommodation reservation (the night before), booking the apartment on the strength of the photos provided. Perhaps in our haste we did not realise at the time that what we were looking at were a whole host of other apartments owned by the same host and not ones specific to where we would be staying (I have maybe been using a certain other booking site for too long). When we arrived in Madrid I searched out the address where we were to go to and noticed for the first time the two words that have come to haunt me.. 'Deluxe Studio'. I tried to contact the host from the airport to explain we believed we had booked a 2 bedroom apartment but spent about an hour trying to navigate an automated voice system that kept telling me to either email or whatsapp. Frustration building, I eventually gave up trying to get through to speak to an actual person and emailed, and to be fair did receive a fast response. I explained the situation but was told that this is what I had reserved with a mention of one bedroom, so resigning myself to perhaps sleeping on a sofa bed in the main living area we made our way over to the apartment. On arrival we opened the door to be greeted by a single room, no divide, no separate spaces, the sofa bed I had resigned myself to sleeping on a mere hairs width from the main bed. Realising we were in hell I got back in touch with the host to see if we could change to another apartment; fully booked, sorry. If we could cancel our reservation or reduce the 4 days to 1 or 2 so we could look for a different apartment that suited our needs; this is what you have reserved so no, have a nice stay. No matter what I tried to negotiate with the host they were not interested. I explained we had been misled by the photographs they used but they couldn't have cared less, we had been duped, our cash was in their pocket already. After spending nearly the whole of our first day in Madrid trying to sort this out I gave up. We stayed in the apartment for 2 days until it became unbearable and booked into somewhere else; a lovely spacious 2 bedroom apartment, and breathed a sigh of relief. Pros - Clean, modern. Cons - Small, no real time contact with the host, misleading photographs, unscrupulous - make sure you read the small print.
