Agréablement surpris. Bon d'accord le mobilier n'est pas tendance mais l'équipement de la chambre est top ! Frigo fer à repasser double vitrage bouilloire chrome cast. Ma chambre au 11ème avait une vue sur la gran Via et le palais royal au fond, pas de bruit de la rue mais un peu du couloir. La salle de gym n'est pas top trop petite et pas de tapis de course. Hôtel à recommander

Hotel en ubicación muy centrica. Todo estaba a la algura de la categoria 4 estrella, si bien el colchón necesitaba cambio y no se advirtio a la hora de la reserva que el Spa no estaba abierto.

Rooms slightly on small size but not a problem we had upgraded to room with a terrace, which was lovely, went in Feb so not sunbathing weather but nice for a coffee with yr coat on 😂. Hotel Spa amazing 38e for an hour and a half but worth it. Didn’t eat there so cant comment. Location excellent.
