I liked that it was near public transportation so perfect for any kind of trip you want to do . The room was nice and there was everything in the apartment what you need for a reasonable price. I didn’t like the late check in hours that much but it is doable . The apartment has a kitchen so you can prepare your own meals . I would definitely book again if I would go back to Madrid

Horrible experiencia, dicen que la hora de entrada es a las 14:00, pues la señora no se presentó hasta las 15:00, después de decirnos a la 13:30 que en 15 minutos estaba en el piso. También estuvimos hablando con otros inquilinos y nos dijeron que el día anterior lo tenían reservados y no pudieron entrar en el piso. La comunicación con estas dos chicas es pésima, y aún después de darnos las llaves, fastidiarnos los planes la señora se puso borde y nos echaba la culpa a nosotros. No recomendable.

Elegí esta propiedad con mucha ilusión, ya que voy con frecuencia a Madrid. Básicamente, aunque está bastante lejos del sitio donde se celebran los eventos a los que asisto, buscaba un sitio donde poder quedarme cada vez que voy y evitar tener que buscar siempre alojamiento, y poder reservarlo por adelantado para todos los eventos del año. La otra razón para elegirla, fue que en la sección Acerca del alojamiento pone claramente "Tendrás todo el condominio para ti y lo compartirás solo con las personas que viajen contigo". En realidad, la descripción correcta sería: "Habitación privada en piso compartido", ya que es un piso de tres habitaciones y las dependencias comunes con otros huéspedes que no conocerá (de paso sea dicho, uno se llevó una de mis latas de bebida de la nevera...). La habitación tenía solamente una cama y el armario empotrado, sin tv y sin siquiera el mini-estante de la foto (la del cubrecama granate), para no tener que dejar el móvil en el suelo. La limpieza, ¿qué puedo decir? Al ser baño compartido, no sé si los pelos de la bañera estaban allí por que alguien se duchó en la noche anterior (ya que por la mañana fui el primero en ducharme), o desde antes... Y como guinda del pastel, la chica que me esperó para entregarme las llaves, me dijo que el mismo día les habían cambiado el bombín del portal y tuvo que venir a la una de la noche para abrirme. De hecho, la cama y la sonrisa y amabilidad de la chica son lo único que me gustaron de la estancia...
