Great location, staff were wonderful with everything and anything we asked for or needed. We visit Spain frequently and had never stayed here before, will definitely make it a favorite.
The location is great, and the area it is located in is quiet and nice. Checking In was incredibly easy, and the staff was very polite. The room was a decent size, and the bathroom was very clean.
This hotel was really clean and very conveniently located right by the metro, which made transportation super easy! Would recommend!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Amenities
Booked a standard double but was given an accessible room. Also the room was right by the elevator and the noise from the waiting area and restaurant was quite loud. Also the walls are thin so not ideal if you have noisy neighbours having a “fun time(!)” Reception staff were very nice though and the bed was comfortable
Hotel is clean and staff is polite and helpful. There is a restaurant in the hotel that serves good food and very good service. It has underground parking for a fee. Hotel is located in a safe area.
Very convenient location near Diego de León metro station. Room was spacious and very clean however some minor maintenance issues could be improved. Overall great hotel for a short stay in Madrid.
The front desk and staff were superb. Sandra, in particular, at the front desk was amazing. She helped us with all our questions regarding the city, commute and train ticket purchases
I enjoyed my stay here, good access, good location, well connected to the metro and a quiet and upmarket area. The hotel room was solid and bathroom was good. I found the room slightly on the noisy side during the days but not a real issue.
Zenit Abeba is located in a very nice area in Madrid, Salamanca. If you can walk for 40 minutes or more, you will be within walking distance of places like the Prado Museum.
The staff is very friendly, especially Aurea, if I remember her name correctly, who was great with suggestions on where to visit, etc.
The room we were given was ok. It was clean and the bathroom was a good size, however, the room was a bit too small for two people. We were not sure if it was a room for a single guest or if the simple double rooms were all that size. It was also a bit noisy; we could hear other guest's showers...
We had lunch at the hotel restaurant on the day of our arrival and it was very good!
Overall, it was a good stay for two days.
